About the Role

As a Growth and Customer Success Manager, you'll be the heart of our sales and product development efforts, ensuring Gooey evolves to meet the needs of our users. This role is perfect for someone who excels in working a high-growth, dynamic software startup, enjoys working closely with development teams and clients, and loves using data to drive strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


Inside Sales & Product Development 

  • Respond to incoming sales leads and then pitch to potential clients

  • Create leveraged, re-usable SEO assets such as case studies that entice customers to buy

  • Close examine and monitor the behaviors and demographics of users who become customers and retained, long-term clients

  • Create the KPI dashboards that allow you and others to make data-based sales prioritizations. 

  • Evaluate our product flow and collaborate with the development team to implement  changes.

  • Define and create prototypes that close sales

Sales Research & Analysis

  • Analyze and identify our best customer segments, understanding their purchasing behaviors and retention drivers.

  • Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard focusing on key metrics such as APRU, conversion rates, and usage, to inform our sales and marketing strategies.

  • Refine our go-to-market (GTM) strategy

  • Pricing Strategy - Analyze usage data, behavior and our costs to develop a fair and  transparent pricing structure.

Enterprise Customer Success

  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand their needs, prioritize their feedback, and ensure it's appropriately integrated into our product roadmap.

  • Own the delivery of solutions for large enterprises, maintaining regular communication and ensuring they succeed with Gooey.AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or a related field, with a strong focus on technology or SaaS products.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in sales data analysis and KPI management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both customers and internal teams.

  • Experience working with software teams to bring new product ideas to market.

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and experience in creating compelling sales content.

  • Availability required for expected 4 nights / week for calls from 9:30-11:30PM IST / 8:30-10:30AM Seattle time
